Parties
This EULA is between you ("you" or "End User") and Cristian Vergara ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of Stillness. Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app or its content.
By downloading, installing, or using Stillness, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Stillness on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, sell, resell, or transfer the app or any of its components to any third party.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Stillness.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the app.
- Use the app to build a competing product or service.
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Circumvent or bypass technical limitations, subscription access controls, or security measures.
Intellectual Property
Stillness and all content within it — including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, text, audio, and branding — are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Stillness offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions ("Stillness Premium") are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies. The Developer receives payment for subscriptions but does not handle payment data directly.

Maintenance and Support
The Developer — not Apple — is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Stillness. For support questions or to report issues, contact: c.vergara88@outlook.com or visit Support.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Stillness.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stillness is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Stillness.
Note for EU users: Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Stillness is a wellness and mindfulness tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapeutic service, or replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
Stop using the app immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, panic, distress, or any adverse physical or emotional reaction. If you have a medical condition, anxiety disorder, trauma history, or any concern related to mindfulness or meditation practice, consult a qualified professional before using Stillness.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Stillness.
Note for EU users: Where mandatory EU consumer protection law applies, this limitation of liability does not affect any rights you have that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
In the event of any third-party claim that Stillness infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Apple's Role
You acknowledge and agree that:
- This EULA is between you and the Developer only, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for Stillness or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, or warranty for Stillness.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Stillness or your use of it.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
Your use of Stillness is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, available at apple.com.
User-Generated Content
Stillness does not currently allow users to submit public content. Session data and progress are stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of any data you generate while using the app.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Stillness and delete all copies in your possession. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA as Stillness evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
